Delete your NBR Info account
This page explains how to delete your NBR Info account and data. NBR Info is published by NBR Info, the developer name shown on Google Play.
Option 1: Delete in the app (immediate)
- Open NBR Info and sign in.
- Go to Profile, then tap the gear icon to open Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE and tap Delete forever.
Your account and data are deleted straight away, and you are signed out.
Option 2: Ask us by email
If you can no longer open the app, or you have uninstalled it:
- Email hello@nbrinfo.app from the email address you use for NBR Info.
- Use the subject "Delete my NBR Info account".
- We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours before we delete it.
- We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in account (your email address, and your Google link if you used Sign in with Google)
- Your profile: display name, username, country, photo and preferences, including your email choices (weekly summary and leaderboard alerts) and your personal unsubscribe code
- Your cars and car photos
- All your sessions, laps, sector times and top speeds, including your leaderboard entries
- Your achievements and in-app notifications
- Support and coaching messages you sent through the app
- Feedback you sent with Send feedback
- Crash reports linked to your account
- Our log of the emails the app sent you, and any leaderboard alerts waiting to be sent to you or about your laps
What may be kept, and for how long
- Emails you sent us: support, coaching and feedback emails in our inbox are kept for up to 12 months after the matter is closed, then deleted.
- Crash reports from before you signed in: these have no account ID, so we cannot link them to you. They are deleted automatically 90 days after the error was last seen.
- Backups and system logs: our hosting provider (Supabase) keeps short-lived system logs and backups for a limited period. After that they are overwritten. They are not used to restore your account.
Settings only on your phone
Your theme and timer preferences, your personal best cache, any sessions still waiting to upload and any unsent crash reports are stored on your phone. They are removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
